Calvin Klein is a well-known fashion designer that has been designing men and women’s clothing since 1968. His first business was a coat shop where the first clothing he made was the Calvin Klein coat. With the success of that, he started his men and women’s coat line and from there went to women’s sportswear, jeans, perfumes and the rest is history. By the time he was finished, he had an entire Calvin Klein clothing line.

There are many Calvin Klein advertisements, but most noted has always been their Calvin Klein ad for Calvin Klein underwear. At one time, there was controversy it being too provocative. Calvin Klein ads for their products are very eye-catching. The ads for Calvin Klein bras and Calvin Klein panties have sold many. The panties are thong or bikini and have the Calvin Klein logo. The bras can be pushup bras, sport bras, wireless or tailored t-shirt bras. To Calvin Klein, women were meant to look sexy and sensual.

Brooke Shield was on one of the advertisements for Calvin Klein jeans. Brooke Shield was just one of the many Calvin Klein models. Christy Turlington and Mark Wahlberg are both Calvin Klein models. Marcus Schenkenberg became almost an overnight success after being on a Calvin Klein ad for Calvin Klein jeans. Sales of his jeans skyrocketed when he put his CK logo on the back pocket of the jeans.

Calvin Klein has designed some beautiful women’s fashions. One in particular is their Calvin Klein leather jacket. This jacket is perfect for the casual/dressy affair. Its dark brown with cream colored stitching, notched collar, peaked lapels and 5-button front. It accessorizes perfectly with a matching flowered skirt and blouse. The basic color, however, would compliment any outfit.
